Independent Franchise Locations

Cleara Clinics Inc. operates as a brand licensor and online booking provider. All services are performed by independently owned and operated franchise locations (“Operating Companies”). When you book an appointment through our website, your booking is managed and fulfilled by the selected franchise location.

Each Operating Company is solely responsible for:

  • Delivering services

  • Setting its own pricing

  • Handling cancellations, refunds, and customer care

How to Book

You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is successfully scheduled.

Deposit & Payment Policy

Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking, especially for:

  • First-time consultations

  • Bundled treatment packages

  • Higher-value or longer-duration appointments

All deposits:

  • Will be credited toward the final cost of your service

  • May be forfeited if cancellation terms (see below) are not met

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. To respect both your time and our team's, we ask that you notify the location directly if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Unless otherwise stated by the franchise location:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment time: No penalty

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: Deposit may be forfeited or a cancellation fee may apply

  • Same-day no-show: Full appointment fee or deposit may be charged

Each location may have its own policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking or confirmation.

Late Arrival Policy

Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the provider’s discretion. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be marked as a no-show.

Consultation Requirements

Some services may require a mandatory consultation or intake form before treatment can proceed. This is to ensure safety and suitability for services such as laser hair removal or skin treatments.

Failure to complete pre-appointment forms may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

Health & Safety

Promotions & Packages

Minors

Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or must have signed parental consent as per local laws and clinic policy.
